Tom Herder
Honored by his professional colleagues with the 2001 International Investigator of the Year Award, Tom Herder is the company President. He was the founder of a successful private investigation and security consulting business in western Michigan in 1994 before moving to Minnesota. Prior to opening his own Michigan agency, Mr. Herder honed his investigative and managerial skills as an investigator and Vice President for another Michigan agency in 1992.
He has personally been involved in and/or overseen one thousand investigations, many involving assignments pertaining to fraudulent concerns, malpractice, personal injury, theft and domestic disputes. It is estimated that a reduction of more than $5 million in insurance claim settlements resulted from his efforts. He has been involved in professionally-related organizations, most notably serving as a Board member, Secretary, Executive Regional Director and Strategic Plan Chairman for the prestigious Council of International Investigators.
